1. Introduction & General Terms

Welcome to Codihi (codihi.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital products (WordPress plugins, software, and APIs). By accessing our website and/or purchasing from our e-shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which comply with Greek Law (L. 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection) and European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

2. Software License & Usage

All WordPress plugins developed and distributed by Codihi are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. This means you have the freedom to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the GPL. However, the premium support and automatic updates are provided strictly to users with a valid, active license key.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

When you place an order on our e-shop, you are making an offer to purchase our digital products. Currently, for tax and compliance reasons, paid products and services are exclusively available to customers residing in authorized countries (e.g., Greece). However, free products and registrations are available globally.

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways (primarily Stripe, which also supports Express Checkout methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) depending on your billing country, in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods

Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive an email with your download links and license key(s). Due to the nature of digital products, delivery is considered fulfilled once the download link is made available to you in your account or via email.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, according to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right is lost for digital content provided on a non-tangible medium once the download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent.

Despite this legal exception, we want you to be fully satisfied. Therefore, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase. If our plugins do not work as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the technical issue, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or missing features that were not explicitly advertised.

6. Support & Updates

A valid license key grants you access to premium support and automatic updates for the duration of your license (typically 12 months). Support is provided "as is" and covers issues directly related to our products. We do not offer general WordPress support or custom development within the standard support scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codihi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability in any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

8. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Furthermore, the European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) which you can access at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
